Beyond Borders is an Alaskan non-profit ministry. We partner with communities, empowering them by building leaders and promoting healing through the love of Christ. We occupy a strategic position serving both those within and outside of the church community. In this way, we feel we are following Christ as He was willing to serve anyone that came to him – ministering life, hope and healing.

We provide:

Transforming Leaders: Training, coaching and consultation focused on leadership, wellness, and organizational & management development. We provide relevant, contextualized and meaningful training to help leaders succeed. Our workshops offer opportunities for reflection and guidance in personal growth, providing a solid foundation for healthy and credible community leadership.

The Relational Leader: A series of three training retreats developing mentoring and coaching skills. Mentoring and coaching are well recognized needs but many leaders are uncertain of how to provide it. We demystify the ‘art’ of mentoring and coaching by providing useful tools and perspectives for leaders.

Beyond Borders Peacemaking: Resources for healthy conflict resolution. Our multi-disciplinary team provides professional mediation / conciliation services, training and conflict coaching in healthy conflict resolution.

Customized Services: Each leader, organization, community and situation is unique. We provide adaptable consultation, training, facilitation, direct service and leadership coaching in our areas of expertise. This provides follow-up opportunities for Transforming Leaders participants, their communities or organizations they represent who want to pursue future growth.
